Our team applied plastic angles on all exterior edges to insure plum level finishes. Our tradesman applied 3 coats of the Dulux Acrylic System, with a final coat of fast render to ensure smooth finish.

Coogee Cement Render Finish

The team at Select Rendering erected aluminium scaffolding around the jobsite. The team then preceded to gurney all exterior walls to prepare the site for a traditional cement render finish.

Cronulla Asbestos Home

We Removed asbestos from this home and screwed on 60mm polystyrene on timber frames. Our team then fibre glass meshed all polystyrene and applied 3 coats of high polymer acrylic render. We then then rolled on water based primer on external rendered walls and applied a fine coat texture finish.

A final coat of elastermeric membrane with the clients colour of choice was finally applied with a 10 year warranty on all products from the Dulux Acratex range.
